Innogress and Sharda University Collaborate to Advance Quantum-AI Innovations

Innogress, a tech projects promotion firm, and Sharda University, a leading research and educational institution in North India, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to fuel Quantum-AI innovations. This partnership marks a structured roadmap for productization and commercialization of research in Quantum-AI and other emerging technology areas.

MoU Signing Ceremony Highlights

During the MoU signing ceremony, Prof. Sibaram Khara, Vice Chancellor of Sharda University, emphasized the importance of higher collaboration between academia and industry. He highlighted joint efforts of Sharda University and Innogress in supporting high-impact technology missions of the Government of India, such as the National Quantum Mission and IndiaAI Mission.

Cutting-Edge Research and Facilities

Prof. Sibaram Khara and Prof. Bhuvnesh Kumar, Dean Research of Sharda University, showcased the cutting-edge AI and Quantum research works already underway at Sharda University. They also highlighted the AI compute infrastructure and the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Imaging & Forensics, which offers advanced research in AI for various industrial applications.

Prof. Ashok Kumar, Head of the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Imaging & Forensics, took the Innogress team on a tour of the AI labs at Sharda University. He demonstrated the latest NVIDIA H100 AI server, which provides AI compute for Sharda University's AI labs and is ready to offer access to Quantum-AI startups and industrial users.

Innogress' Vision for Quantum-AI

Mr. Sumant Parimal, Founder & Director of Innogress Ventures, stressed the importance of fostering Quantum and AI research in collaboration with Sharda University. He outlined plans for the massive productization and commercialization of research outcomes at the proposed Quantum Technology Park (GKQCTP) in Gujarat, with Sharda University as a key partner.

Expanding Collaboration

In addition to the Quantum Technology Park, Innogress is also working on setting up a Quantum-AI data center (IQDC) and a Robotics-AI Technology Park (GNRTP) in Greater Noida. Sharda University will play a significant role as a research and academic partner in these initiatives.

Future Prospects

The MoU signing event was attended by Prof. (Dr) Rajeev Sharma and Dr. Vishnu Dutt Sharma of Sharda University and Mr. Kalyan Upadhyay of Innogress. This partnership is expected to drive significant advancements in Quantum-AI technology and contribute to India's technological growth.
